#What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), Paypal and Direct Deposit.
  • We use Paypal to process credit card payments.
  • Paypal payments are subject to a 2.4% + a 30 cent transaction fee which is calculated for you at checkout.
  • You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card via the Paypal interface.

#Do you accept direct deposit and what are the terms?
  • Yes, we also accept direct deposit.
  • Direct deposits must be made in full to our nominated bank account within 5 working days of your order being made (bank details for payment are made available during checkout). After this time your order will be cancelled.
  • Please use your order number as a reference when making your deposit/transfer.

#What are your shipping methods and rates?
  • We only ship within Australia.
  • Orders are normally sent by Regular Post. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 days for delivery.
  • You can also elect to have the item sent Express Post. Express Post deliveries to most destinations will be received 1-2 days after leaving our shop.
  • Shipping is FREE for all orders valued at over $40 sent via normal post to anywhere in Australia. There is a small fee for having your order sent by Registered Post. Insurance can also be purchased as you go through checkout.
  • A flat $7 is charged to post orders valued at under $40 sent via normal post to anywhere in Australia. There is a small fee for having your order sent by Registered Post. Insurance can also be purchased as you go through checkout.
  • If your order is not insured, we cannot be held responsible for its loss or damage.

#How soon will I receive my order?
  • Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days of confirmation of your payment or other form of payment.
  • Delivery time depends on location and stock availability.
  • Estimated delivery time for orders is 3-10 working days, but we cannot be responsible for delays in the postal service.
  • We will always endeavour to have your items in stock but from time to time we may receive an order for a backordered item. In this case we will endeavour to get your order to you ASAP.
  • You will be notified if there will be an extended delay.
  • Occasionally some items may become unavailable or sold out in which case we will notify you immediately.

#What if the item I ordered is not in stock?
  • If the item you ordered is not in stock, it should be available for delivery in 1-2 weeks.
  • There are some cases where an item is on backorder from the manufacturer. These items can take 2-6 weeks to be delivered.
  • We will do our best to give you an estimated delivery date based on the information we receive from the manufacturer.
  • You may cancel a backorder anytime before it is shipped.

#Can I track my order?
  • Your order can be tracked if it is sent by Express Post or Registered Post.

#What is your returns policy?
  • We will give you a full refund if you are not satisfied with the merchandise we sell you if you notify us within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
When returning merchandise:
  • The item must be returned within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Please include a note with the invoice with instructions as to what you would like done.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. If there is an exchange the customer will pay for shipping both ways.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. We strongly suggest insuring your return item or ship via a carrier with tracking capability.
